Team Industries is pleased to announce the sale of it’s EPS FOAM business unit and selected assets to ATLAS EPS of Byron Center, MI effective August 31, 2011. www.atlaseps.com. As an industry leader of EPS Foam manufactured products, ATLAS EPS will lead a joint transition team to ensure a seamless transition of uninterrupted service to those customers served.

Team Industries R-Control SIPS business unit will close it’s operations simultaneously on August 31, 2011 due to the difficult economics of the construction industry in the last several years. We are presently fulfilling current contracts and will work with you to transition to other suppliers in the industry for future orders.

Most importantly, it has been a privilege and honor to serve you with the AFM premier brands of EPS foam insulation and structural insulated panels. Team Industries wishes to thank all our employees, customers, and suppliers for their support of our business during the past years as it has been a pleasure to work with you.
